She will lead discussions, answer questions, post updated articles and more.
Can I buy this kit as a gift?
Yes! This is a popular gift for new moms and especially for moms with multiple children. If you would like to ship this as a gift, contact us and let us know so we can include a personalized note.
I have multiple children, do I need one kit for each child?
Nope! One kit can be used for all of your children. When you run low on remedies, it is easy to refill.
How old does my child have to be in order to take these medicines?
You can begin administering any of the medicines when your child is either 6 months of age or reaches 15 pounds. Dosing charts included in the guidebook go up to 90 pounds.
Can adults take the same remedies?
Yes, they sure can! Although dosages are higher.
Can I purchase individual remedies instead of all 24 remedies in the kit?
Yes. You have the option of purchasing the digital copy of the Doctor Mom’s Master Guidebook and then purchasing individual remedies based on your preference. Click here to learn more about our online store and get 15% off every order.
How do I order and/or refill items in my kit?
Dr. Roumell has an online store set up to make it easy for you to refill individual items. Doctor Mom’s Master Guidebook has step-by-step details on how to order. And with your purchase, you automatically get 15% off every order!
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with your kit within the first 30 days and have not opened any medicines, please contact us directly.
Do you ship internationally?
For now, shipping is only available in the United States.
How long will my kit items last before expiring?
Great question. There are 24 products in your kit so the expiration dates vary between 1-4 years. Companies tell us that the potency of a product may be reduced after its expiration date, however, it is still safe to consume. Of course, the choice is yours depending on how comfortable you feel giving your child expired products. Please note, you have the option to also purchase the Doctor Mom’s Master Guidebook and build your kit at your own pace.
