Why I became a doctor?

From an early age, I’ve been fascinated by the human body—how small, intentional changes can spark profound healing and transformation. When I discovered naturopathic medicine, it felt like the perfect synergy of science and nature, allowing me to address health challenges in a holistic and individualized way.

Acupuncture further deepened my understanding of the body’s innate capacity to heal itself, inspiring me to combine these modalities to help patients achieve balance and vitality. Fertility support, in particular, has become one of my greatest passions. Guiding individuals and couples on their journey to parenthood is incredibly fulfilling and one of the most meaningful aspects of my work.

What conditions I love to treat:

Fertility: Personalized support for individuals and couples trying to conceive, whether naturally or alongside assisted reproductive technologies (ART)

Digestive Health: Addressing IBS, IBD, SIBO, and leaky gut syndrome

Stress & Burnout: Restoring energy and resilience with acupuncture, herbal medicine, and IV therapies

Chronic Illness: Comprehensive care to improve quality of life and manage long-term conditions

Things you may not know about me:

I’m a lifelong Yankees fan—my first baby outfit was a pair of navy blue pinstripe diapers! (Though I know that might spark some debate here in San Diego!)

I love experimenting with Mediterranean-inspired recipes, blending flavors that nourish both body and soul.

I’m endlessly curious about the microbiome and its profound influence on health and happiness.

Music moves my soul, even if I have the worst singing voice in San Diego! If you catch me driving with my mouth wide open, I’m probably belting out lyrics to my favorite songs, safely drowned out by the roar of I-5 or I-805.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me hiking along the stunning San Diego coastline or planning my next outdoor adventure.
