- Basic Laboratory Panels
- Thyroid dysfunction, anemia, fungal infections, vitamin deficiencies, and other issues can also lead to skin care problems, so it is important that we evaluate each patient with appropriate lab testing

- A Wood light (black light) can help diagnose and define the extent of skin lesions, and aid in the distinguish certain skin diseases such as vitiligo from other hypopigmented lesions
