Dr. Stewart is who I chose to see after reading specialties of everyone. I started seeing her a while back but waited on a review so I could give one that's more in depth. And it's really this simple, she's the best! In all the ways.. 1-Knowing what labs you need 2-Compassion to your situation 3-Getting the right supplement/treatment to you. And she, though not a counselor, helped me more than my counselor did during this time of my sad life situations. Which is totally unexpected when seeing someone for health care not emotional care. If I could give more than 5 stars to her I would!

I also know someone who has gone to Dr. Star and had a great experience. I have to shout out to Ashley the front office manager, she is always so on it, and ready to help the staff and is always a happy smiling face to see and connect with.

BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I am a tricky case and my body is very sensitive and I have had lots of medical issues over the years. I have come to distrust doctors, as about half the time they don't help at all and can be arrogant, and at times have actually done harm to my body instead of helping me. I even went to the naturopath Dr. Bronner Handwerger in San Diego who put me on hormones that caused damage to my body to the point where I called medical malpractice attorneys to sue him. But I decided to give the naturopathic route another chance. And boy am I glad I did!

Dr. Adrienne Stewart has changed my life. I mean literally! She put me on a thyroid medication that has made all the difference. Before I was depressed and hardly able to function. Now I remember what it is like to be happy and healthy! She also is compassionate, very knowledgeable, and seriously is my best advocate I've ever had for my health (other than myself of course!). I also ended up doing life coaching with Crystal at Nourish and was amazing. And the last thing I want to say about Nourish is that I hate having my blood drawn and I'm very nervous about it, and Grant does a great job drawing blood at the Nourish office.

I'm so sad I moved away from San Diego because I love all of these guys at Nourish. I might even continue having Dr. Stewart as my doctor and just do Skype sessions which she allows for her patients that are not in the San Diego area. This is my favorite doctor of all time. I found Dr. Stewart when I first moved to San Diego in 2018. I had been seeing an Endocrinologist back in NJ for over 10 years after being diagnosed with Hashimoto/hypothyroid and was not feeling well on Synthroid. I felt so at ease with Dr. Stewart the first time I met with her. So very understanding and helpful. She introduced me to natural thyroid that made me feel so much better. She really cares about her patients and is very thorough. I started seeing Crystal after I was experiencing anxiety and she is amazing too. Very caring and easy to talk to. When my husband passed away suddenly 2 years ago she really saved me. The support and help she provided me in the past few years is just amazing and I am forever grateful for her and the Nourish family.

I have been a patient and under Dr. Koperski’s care since June of 2023. I was diagnosed with a rare but reversible neurological condition due to copper deficiency, and was desperate to find a doctor who had copper experience. I felt so grateful when I connected with Dr. K, she with no hesitation took me under her wing. Not only has Dr. K provided with me with so knowledge about co-factors for copper to work correctly in the body, but she has given me so much faith, and positive reinforcement throughout my healing journey, as it has been frightening.
