Dr. Christina Martinez here. I want to share with you the Night-Time Checklist that I developed as a tool to stay mindful of actions or behaviors that could benefit your health and happiness. It is NOT meant to be another "obligation to complete" that adds additional stress to your already exhausting day. Instead, use this as a tool to keep you accountable and proud of what you are accomplishing.

Feel free to save or screenshot this checklist, print out a copy, or keep track electronically. Whatever works best for you!

I encourage you to cross off any of these that don’t resonate with you or that you don’t find helpful. I also encourage you to add your own actions/behaviors/routines that help you stay healthy and happy.
