Why I became a doctor?
Following my passion for the outdoors, I studied ecology and conservation biology in undergrad. After I graduated, I fell in love with naturopathic care through my own health journey. I loved the attention to detail, individualized care, and the time taken to teach. I also resonated with the connection to the natural world through herbs, grounding, and attention to environmental exposures.
It’s my passion to empower patients to achieve significant breakthroughs by identifying and addressing the specific roadblocks in their health journey through a thorough and comprehensive approach
I love hearing my patients tell me they “feel the best they have ever felt”!

Backpacking is one of my favorite things to do I and have completed the 211 mile John Muir Trail in the Eastern Sierra
I’m a native San Diegan, go Padres!
In my free time I love reading, hiking in nature or urban walks, swimming in the ocean, going to estate sales, and trying out new recipes
I have three cats with three totally unique personalities!
