Adult Visits
- These visits involve a comprehensive and collaborative approach to establish health goals, address challenges, and discover the root causes to your health concerns. We discuss your current symptoms, past and family medical history, perform exams, and gather lab information in order to put all of the puzzle pieces together and see a full picture of your health. With so much information on the web, it can be overwhelming and contradictory. Let us help by taking out the guesswork and connecting the dots between your symptoms and real solutions for YOU.
- We offer expanded and detailed visits, based on time and complexity.
- Expanded follow-up visits are between 30-45 minutes long. Detailed follow-up visits are between 15-30 minutes. This includes the visit and any lab or prescription orders.
- For quick messages or questions in between follow-up visits, we do offer limited brief appointments. This can be in-person, on video chat or on the phone for 5-15 minutes. This allows time for your doctor to review your chart and fully answer your question in-between your follow-up appointments. Reading and responding to long messages takes us away from our scheduled patients so thank you for understanding and agreeing to our messaging policy.
Phone and Video Consults
- For our established patients, we offer phone and video consults so that you can continue care out of the comfort and convenience of your home or office. Click HERE for your scheduled video consult. Video consults work best on Chrome or Firefox browsers.
Oncology Consults
- Our oncology consults are collaborative and comprehensive. We start with a very detailed history including a review of all of your labs, imaging, pathology reports, or surgical reports so we can establish where you are now and what your treatment may be in the future. We discuss your current symptoms, past and family medical history, perform any necessary exams, and gather information about all aspects of your health. We will discuss Naturopathic adjunctive treatments and how they work with conventional treatments – as well as the safety and efficacy of both.
- There is a lot of information on the Internet today regarding “alternative” cancer care and treatments – please allow Dr. Colvard to assist you in untangling this web of overwhelming information.
- We also offer consults for family members or caregivers because we are sure that you have concerns as well! You may also be overwhelmed, frightened or worried. Dr. Colvard will take the time to listen and assist you with both your physical and emotional health. She knows you are working hard and may need some extra support for yourself.

This is also a space where you can ask us questions about relationships or any of those fun (or embarrassing) questions.
What if I have a question for the doctor between appointments?
- In the case of any medical emergency, you should always dial 911, visit an emergency room or urgent care facility.
- For non-urgent matters pertaining to your previous visit or treatment plan, you can call us during our business hours or send us a short message through your Patient Portal and we will get back to you as soon as possible (usually within two business days). For messages for Dr. Stewart, please call the office or message Coleen, Dr. Stewart's assistant in your Patient Portal.
